The YMCA Camp Thompson will be our home for the weekend, complete with rustic cabins, a mess hall, and fire rings. Laugh, learn, and ride with friends and teammates in the fall splendor of the Pennsylvania woods.

This 16-week, fully-coached program for cyclists and triathletes can be executed indoors or outdoors. It's a 360-degree program featuring expert coaching through cycling, strength, nutrition, and mental performance training. You'll stay motivated and on track during the winter months, building a strong foundation for the upcoming cycling season. Get ready to train smarter, push your limits, and be part of a passionate community!
